In the second phase, I was responsible for the design language. I created the design concept and implemented the design on the entire app.

The process:
Scoping process (Kickoff - User interviews - User personas - Market & competitors overview - features list - MVP features - WF + Interactive prototype - Usability testing.                                      • Design concept (Market overview, Design concept, Gamification design)
• Presentations and Iterations with the client.
The problems:
• There are players who live in third World countries, where children with football talent don't have access to successful football clubs.
• Scouters have to travel around the world to look for and identify talent, which is almost impossible without a preliminary process.
The vision:
• Allow football fans to become more involved in the game and increase their influence by identifying players, and young talents from all over the globe.
Utilize the power of digital social networking to turn data into knowledge on undiscovered players that may help them get access to professional football clubs.

The main challenges:
• App design in a content world that is new to me.                                                                                                 • The customer was confused, wanted everything at once and didn’t know exactly what type of app he was targeting.
• At the characteristic level, the challenge was to maintain the MVP and prioritize the features for the first version.
• At the design stage, the challenge was to understand where we were moving on a scale between gaming and social networking.
